Q1: What are the standard operating procedures for starting, running, and stopping industrial centrifuges? 1. Pre-start: Check the condition of seals, bolts, screens, and bearings; ensure there are no obstructions; inspect the power supply, variable frequency drive (VFD), and lubrication system; and perform a no-load test run to ensure normal operation. 2. During operation: Start at low speed and gradually increase to operating speed (direct full-speed startup is strictly prohibited); feed material at a steady rate (overloading or uneven feeding is strictly prohibited); and monitor vibration, noise, and discharge status in real-time. 3. Shutdown: Stop feeding first and allow the material to separate and discharge completely before shutting down the machine (emergency stops with material inside are strictly prohibited); after shutdown, clean out residual material and take measures to protect the equipment from dust.
