The fully automatic centrifuge is an automated rotary filtration separation device. Its core operating principle relies on the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the drum, combined with a precision filter screen, to achieve the efficient separation of solid particles from the liquid medium in a mixed material. The equipment supports customizable program parameters, allowing operators to tailor the separation process to actual production needs; it offers distinct advantages such as ease of operation, smooth running, and stable, reliable performance.
Once the main unit starts, it accelerates steadily to a preset medium-speed operating state. The solid-liquid mixture to be processed is continuously fed into the high-speed rotating separation drum via the inlet and delivery pipeline. Under the continuous action of a high-intensity centrifugal force field, the liquid component rapidly permeates through the micropores of the drum screen, while solid particles are retained against the inner wall of the drum, thereby achieving precise initial separation of the solid and liquid phases.
When the solid filter cake accumulating on the inner wall of the drum reaches the system's preset thickness and weight thresholds, the equipment automatically stops the feed. Subsequently, the machine automatically performs washing (with clean water) and high-speed dewatering stages to thoroughly remove residual impurities and excess moisture. Upon completion of dewatering, the main unit switches to a low-speed mode; a built-in scraper mechanism evenly removes the solid filter cake adhering to the drum wall, and the solid material is finally discharged through the bottom hopper, completing the entire separation operation.
To accommodate varying material characteristics and production process standards, the equipment allows for flexible adjustment of process parameters. Before operation begins, operators can independently adjust the duration of stages such as feeding, washing, dewatering, and scraping—using either the intelligent program controller or manual control modes—to precisely meet specific separation requirements.
Before starting the equipment, conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components, the drive mechanism, the control system, and safety guards. Confirm that the equipment is free of faults and that all parts are in normal operating condition, meeting the requirements for startup.
Evenly load the solid-liquid mixture into the internal rotating drum, ensuring a uniform distribution and appropriate layer thickness to prevent unbalanced loads from compromising operational stability.
Start the drive motor and smoothly accelerate the internal drum to the operating speed. Depending on the material type, moisture content, and separation process requirements, the standard dewatering cycle lasts 5 to 10 minutes to achieve efficient separation.
Upon completion of the operation, press the stop button to cut power to the motor. Once the drum speed naturally drops to a safe range, use the brake lever to apply intermittent braking, bringing the drum to a smooth, complete stop and avoiding equipment malfunctions or safety hazards caused by abrupt stops.
After the equipment has fully stopped and safety is confirmed, clear out and remove the separated solid material from the drum; this concludes the entire operational cycle.
