Fine-chemical, inorganic-salt and lithium-battery precursor processes often involve corrosive media, which places high requirements on centrifuge material selection.
Plate batch centrifuges can be customized with 304 / 316L stainless steel, rubber lining or PTFE lining according to PH value and corrosiveness of feed slurry. In lithium-material production, plate centrifuges carry out crystal washing and filter-cake dewatering to control moisture content. In fine-chemical plants, they handle crystallization and dehydration for pesticide intermediates, dyestuffs and inorganic salts.
